Noteport (note-port.com) helps field professionals turn notes and job files into client-ready reports. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account data (email, authentication details via Supabase)
- Content you submit to generate reports (notes, optional attachments, report metadata)
- Billing data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Basic usage related to plan limits (e.g. reports generated this month)
How we use data
- To operate the service and generate reports you request
- To authenticate you and enforce free/Pro limits
- To process payments and prevent abuse
- To improve reliability and fix issues
Report generation uses third-party AI processing (Anthropic). Do not submit content you are not allowed to process under your client contracts or applicable law.
Processors
We use reputable providers to run the product, including hosting, authentication/database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and AI (Anthropic). Each processes data under their own terms and security practices.
Retention & deletion
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as needed for legal/accounting reasons. You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
