By using Noteport at note-port.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Noteport generates draft professional reports from content you provide (notes, files, and optional fields). Output is a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy before sending anything to clients, insurers, or regulators.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
• Only upload content you have rights to process (including client photos and documents)
• Do not abuse the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or resell access without permission
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes

Plans & billing

Free accounts may generate a limited number of reports per month. Paid plans (e.g. Pro) are billed through Stripe according to the price shown at checkout. You can cancel via the billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

AI-generated content

Reports are produced with automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording. Noteport does not replace professional judgment, licensed inspection, engineering, or legal advice.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, Noteport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on generated reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
